Tested as a finished garment, not just as fabric
Most rainwear suppliers test the fabric roll and stop there, which tells a buyer nothing about the place a raincoat actually leaks. The 919 went to Zhejiang Fangyuan as a finished garment (report 2611670453, CMA 221100110161, CNAS L0116) and both the fabric and the seams came back above 180 kPa against a 120 kPa requirement. All eight items on that report passed. For a children’s garment the seam figure is the one worth reading twice.
The hood is moulded into a 3D shape rather than sewn flat, so it keeps its form on a small head instead of collapsing over the eyes, and the clear face visor unclips when a child does not want it. The body is EVA: softer and quieter than PVC on a child, and warm enough to wear over a school bag.
Sizes, and what we do not claim
Four sizes run from S to XL and cover roughly 80 to 140 cm of standing height, which in most markets means nursery age through early primary school. Order by height rather than by age: the same age group differs by a full size between Vietnam, Indonesia and the Gulf.
We do not make a United States children’s-product safety claim on this page. The hood and neck are built without drawcords, and where a buyer needs CPSIA testing and a CPC certificate for the US market, that is arranged per order before shipment. We would rather write that plainly than imply a certificate we are not holding.

Common questions
Do you hold a CPC certificate for the United States?
Not on the shelf, and we will not pretend otherwise. The construction is built to avoid the usual CPSIA problems (no drawcords at hood or neck) and CPSC-accredited testing with a CPC is arranged per order when a US buyer needs it.
What is the material, and why EVA rather than PVC?
EVA. On a child it is softer, lighter and much quieter than PVC, and it stays flexible in cool weather instead of going stiff. The tested waterproof figures on the 919 report are from the EVA garment itself.
Can we put our own cartoon artwork on it?
Yes, on your own artwork and your own licence. We print what you send; we do not supply licensed characters, and we will not print artwork that belongs to someone else.
