Company
A rainwear export company in Huai’an, China.
Hongke sources waterproof gear for two-wheelers and for children (e-bike covers, family ponchos and EVA kids raincoats) from the Chinese mills that build them, and ships it to buyers who care about the seams as much as the price.
What we are, precisely
RIDEVEL (Hongke) is a rainwear export company in Huai’an, Jiangsu, China. It runs as an export company, not a factory. The team registered in December 2022 and now numbers thirteen people. Their job is choosing the mill, fixing the specification and holding the test file, across three lines: PVC e-bike covers, family ponchos and EVA kids raincoats. Every waterproof claim carries a CMA-accredited lab report you can check by number. The PVC tests at 277.3 kPa of anti-seepage pressure, over 13 times the 20 kPa GB pass line, in report XSJC2205262254. See the quality reports and certificates, or browse the three product lines.
Hongke is an export company, not a mill. We were registered in Huai’an, Jiangsu in December 2022, we are thirteen people, and the job we do is choosing the factory, fixing the specification and holding the test file, not running the welding line ourselves. The production photographs further down belong to the partner mill that makes our EVA and PEVA range. You would find that out on your first audit anyway; better you hear it from us now.
What we focus on
Southeast Asia first
Sizing and price points built for the monsoon belt, where two-wheelers ride through the wet season every day.
Testable claims
If we say waterproof, there is a CMA-accredited report behind it, and we publish the report number. No invented figures, and no certificate we cannot show you.
OEM partnership
Private label on trial quantities, so a distributor can test a listing before scaling up.
Where the goods are made
These are the production lines of the partner mill behind our EVA and PEVA range: a Zhejiang manufacturer that extrudes its own film and welds the garments in-house. We show them because you are entitled to know which building your order comes out of, and we label them for what they are: our supplier, not our own plant.
Let’s talk supply.
