Covers, ponchos, kids raincoats

Parked-bike covers, worn family ponchos and EVA kids raincoats. Prints, colourways and size ranges are listed per line, so you can see what fits your channel before you write to us.

An export company, not a mill

We are registered in Huai’an, Jiangsu and we work with partner mills that extrude the film and weld the garments. We hold the specification and the test file; we do not run the line ourselves.

Test papers you can forward

Two CMA-accredited reports are on file, with the report numbers published here and the original scans viewable. Full PDFs go out on request and travel with the shipping documents.

Test evidence

PVC hydrostatic pressure test

277.3kPa

The PVC used in our e-bike covers was submitted to Xinshun Testing, a CMA-accredited laboratory. This is what that report measured: the tested sample, not a claim about every roll.

Kids raincoat 919, tested as a finished garment

The children’s line has a separate report. Zhejiang Fangyuan Testing Group measured the finished 919 raincoat rather than a fabric swatch: eight items, eight passes, with water resistance taken across the fabric and again at the seams: both above 180 kPa against a 120 kPa requirement. This report covers that garment only; it is not a backing for the whole range.

OEM / private label

How a private-label order is put together.

01

Pick the product line

Start from a cover, a poncho or a kids raincoat that already exists, so you are changing a tooled style rather than developing one from zero.

02

Confirm what is customised

Print and artwork, colourway, size range, packaging and retail bags, plus your logo on the PVC. We send the mill your files and nobody else sees them.

03

Send the enquiry details

Tell us the destination market, the variants and the quantity you have in mind. Minimums, lead times and prices are quoted against that, not published in advance.

Who you are buying from

Huai’an, Jiangsu; and the mills behind us.

Hongke is an export company, not a mill. We were registered in Huai’an, Jiangsu in December 2022, we are thirteen people, and the job we do is choosing the factory, fixing the specification and holding the test file, not running the welding line ourselves. The production photographs further down belong to the partner mill that makes our EVA and PEVA range. You would find that out on your first audit anyway; better you hear it from us now.

According to report 2611670453, the 919 children’s raincoat from that mill passed all eight whole-garment checks at a CMA-accredited lab. See the report, or read the full company profile and how we choose the partner mills.

Common buyer questions

Every number on this page traces to an independent, CMA-accredited lab report. The e-bike cover PVC cleared its anti-seepage test at more than 13× the national pass line, and the EVA children’s line passed every whole-garment check. See both reports →

How waterproof are the e-bike rain covers?

The PVC reached 277.3 kPa of anti-seepage pressure in lab testing, more than 13× the GB pass line of 20 kPa. Every one of the 13 fabric checks on that report passed. Open report XSJC2205262254 →

Are the children’s raincoats tested too?

Yes. The 919 EVA children’s raincoat passed all 8 checks on a whole-garment test at an accredited lab, with fabric and seam anti-seepage above 180 kPa against a 120 kPa requirement. Open report 2611670453 →

Do you handle OEM, private label and small trial orders?

Yes. We configure print, colour, packaging and size range to your brand and market, and you can start with a trial quantity before you scale. We quote minimum order and lead time per order once we see your spec and quantity, and we never publish figures we have not confirmed for you. Start an OEM enquiry →

Do the e-bike covers hold up in the sun, or only in the rain?

Both. Ageing resistance is one of the 13 metrics the PVC passed at a CMA-accredited lab, and the frosted surface resists sun so the film does not go brittle over a wet season. The same PVC tested at 277.3 kPa of anti-seepage pressure, over 13× the 20 kPa GB pass line. Open report XSJC2205262254 →
