Second report: the kids raincoat, whole garment

The 919 children’s raincoat was submitted to Zhejiang Fangyuan Testing Group (CMA-accredited and CNAS-recognised) as a finished garment rather than a fabric swatch. Eight items were measured and eight passed. Water resistance was measured at the seams as well as across the fabric, which is where a welded raincoat normally fails first.

Note for US buyers: this is a Chinese-standard report. Children’s outerwear sold in the United States additionally needs a CPSIA Children’s Product Certificate and must satisfy the hood and neck drawstring rule (16 CFR 1120 / ASTM F1816). We will quote that testing separately rather than imply it is already covered.
